NO REFUNDS: NGU Design digital services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed — whether work has started or not, whether payment has been made or not — no refund will be issued. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund.
Instead of a refund, you may use your unlimited free revisions within the same project scope until you are satisfied. Live-stream edits during production are included.
Entirely new projects or out-of-scope requests may incur additional fees. Statutory consumer rights required by law remain reserved where applicable.
