Service Delivery Policy

Deliverables are provided digitally via customer panel, email, or agreed channels. Timelines vary by package complexity and client feedback speed. We communicate expected delivery dates when your order is confirmed.

We offer unlimited free revisions within the same project scope until you are satisfied — during live stream and after delivery. There is no revision count limit.

Client delays in providing assets or feedback may extend delivery. Final files are released after payment is confirmed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Entirely new projects or out-of-scope requests may incur additional fees.
